I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Kiki—a certified pediatric sleep consultant, proud mama to a wildly spunky toddler and a newborn baby and someone who really understands the struggle of sleepless nights.
I hold a Master’s in Child Development and have spent over 10 years working hands-on with children of all ages. For the past 7 years, my heart has been in early intervention, supporting families with little ones from birth to age three. But my passion for sleep? That came after becoming a mom myself—and realizing just how hard it is to function (or feel human) on broken sleep.
Like many parents, I found myself googling at 2 AM, exhausted and desperate for answers. That’s when I discovered the science and strategy behind sleep—and it changed everything. I dove in headfirst, became certified, and now I get to help other families like yours find peace at bedtime, too.
My approach is gentle, responsive, and tailored to your child’s needs. I believe healthy sleep doesn’t have to mean rigid routines or crying it out—it’s about understanding your baby, building trust, and creating habits that last a lifetime.
